Summary
The dossier concerns women's working conditions in the service sector. Amendments address combating precarious, undeclared and unregistered employment affecting women, minimum standards and regular contracts agreed with social partners, work-life balance, care work, microfinancing under the Programme for Social Change and Innovation, protection of mobile workers' rights, up-skilling and lifelong learning, the impact of budget cuts and austerity on female workers, and ratification of the ILO domestic-workers convention.
