Summary
Proposal establishing the European Voluntary Humanitarian Aid Corps (EU Aid Volunteers initiative). Amendments address solidarity and the Union as the world's largest humanitarian aid donor, certification of sending and hosting organisations, training and deployment of volunteers, cooperation with women in third countries, subsidiarity, avoiding duplication, a possible EU Trust Fund, and the financial reference amount for 2014-2020; several delete provisions.
