Fishery resources: recovery of the European eel stock; aligning the Regulation with the TFEU (Commission delegated and implementing powers)

This codecision file aligns the regulation on recovery of the European eel stock with the TFEU and the Commission's delegated and implementing powers. Amendments revise provisions on Eel Management Plans, restrictions on glass-eel export to and re-importation from Asia, measures to reduce mortality from hydroelectric turbines and pumps, restocking conditions and escapement targets, delegated acts on market-price declines, reporting deadlines, and data collection and scientific advice including ICES.
