Summary

A legislative proposal on packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs) and their key information documents. The amendments revise the scope and definitions, covering products whose return is exposed to assets or reference values while excluding directly held shares, sovereign bonds and certain insurance products and deposits, and addressing vehicles used to circumvent disclosure.
