Community system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing: alignment of the Regulation with the TFEU (Commission delegated and implementing powers)

Legislative proposal aligning the Regulation on the Community system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing with the TFEU regarding Commission delegated and implementing powers. Amendments address Commission consultations and expert input when preparing delegated acts, proportionate, dissuasive and effective sanctions against IUU fishing, and use of the ordinary legislative procedure to add or remove third countries on the list of non-cooperating countries.
