Summary
This own-initiative report is the EU citizenship report 2010 on dismantling obstacles to EU citizens' rights. Amendments address removing cross-border barriers to free movement within the Single Market, recognition of professional qualifications, portability of pensions, and access to banking and cross-border healthcare.
