Fourth high level forum on aid effectiveness

An own-initiative report on the fourth high-level forum on aid effectiveness. The amendments invoke the Paris Declaration, the Accra Agenda for Action and the Tunis Consensus, the Millennium Development Goals, the 0.7% GNP/GNI aid commitment, democratic ownership and transparency, the emergence of new donors beyond the OECD, policy coherence across trade, investment, debt, taxation and climate, a financial transaction tax, and HLF-4 in Busan.
