Summary
An own-initiative report on the Commission's fifth cohesion report and the strategy for post-2013 cohesion policy. Amendments address error rates and control systems reported by the European Court of Auditors, simplification of rules and administrative burdens, management declarations, sanctions for irregularities, coordination of the ERDF, ESF and Cohesion Fund through a common strategic framework, macro-regional strategies, the Europe 2020 strategy, and the gender dimension.
