Summary
An own-initiative report on the 2012 budget priorities for the other sections, in particular Parliament. The amendments address the heading 5 expenditure ceiling, budgetary discipline and restraint amid economic crisis, good management principles, a buildings strategy and the Brussels and Strasbourg premises, knowledge management and digital strategy, staff redeployment, and Members' allowances.
