Summary
This dossier concerns insolvency proceedings in the context of EU company law. The amendments address cross-border living wills and crisis resolution for financial institutions, harmonisation of insolvency law and 'insolvency tourism', equal treatment of creditors, protection of employees' claims under Directive 2008/94/EC, guarantee institutions, ceilings and time limits for outstanding claims, and whether to define 'employee' at European level.
