Summary
This dossier concerns the Consumer programme 2014-2020. The amendments revise the programme's financial envelope and link to the Multiannual Financial Framework, objectives on consumer safety, information, education, rights, redress and enforcement, support for Union and national consumer organisations, alternative and online dispute resolution, vulnerable consumers, cross-border purchasing and the internal market, indications of origin and misleading advertising.
