Summary
This dossier concerns the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) for 2014-2020. The amendments revise the Fund's aim of supporting workers made redundant due to globalisation or crisis, eligibility thresholds and the definition of a worker (including fixed-term, temporary, self-employed and owner-managers of micro and small enterprises), active labour-market and reintegration measures, restrictions on pecuniary allowances, links with the ESF and CAP, and the inclusion of farmers.
