Summary
This dossier concerns judicial cooperation in civil matters on jurisdiction, applicable law and recognition and enforcement of decisions on the property consequences of registered partnerships. Amendments address choice of the applicable law, jurisdiction of courts handling dissolution or annulment, the law of the State of registration, public policy and constitutional exceptions for Member States that do not recognise registered partnerships, and recognition of decisions and authentic instruments.
