Summary
An own-initiative report on organised crime in the European Union. The amendments mainly add citations to instruments and reports on confiscation and asset recovery, money laundering and terrorist financing, trafficking in human beings, drugs, counterfeiting and corruption, and to bodies such as Europol, Eurojust and Frontex, alongside recitals on organised crime's exploitation of free movement and the need to seize and confiscate the proceeds of crime.
