Rural development: support by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD)

The dossier concerns rural development support by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). The amendments require consistency of EAFRD assistance with Union objectives of economic, social and territorial cohesion, define advisory services to farmers and eligible recipients deriving significant income from agriculture, and address eligibility of architects', engineers', consultancy and feasibility costs and of work done on a time-and-materials basis.
