Summary
This own-initiative report concerns the contribution of cohesion policy to the Lisbon objectives. The amendments revise recitals and paragraphs on earmarking Structural Funds to the Lisbon priorities, the role of regional and local authorities and multi-level governance, the link between cohesion policy and the EU2020 Strategy, evaluation indicators and assessment of expenditure, synergies between National Strategic Reference Frameworks and National Reform Programmes, and cooperation with the European Investment Bank.
