Summary
An own-initiative report on EU policy coherence for development and the 'official development assistance plus' concept. The amendments define policy coherence for development and call for all EU external policies to support poverty reduction, the Millennium Development Goals and human rights; they address incoherence in trade, agriculture and fisheries policies, Fisheries Partnership Agreements, export subsidies, illicit financial flows and tax havens, and the official development assistance target.
