Summary
This file revises the European Parliament's Rules of Procedure on delegated acts and implementing measures (Rules 87a and 88). Amendments rework the procedure for handling delegated acts and draft implementing acts, including referral to the committee responsible, appointment of a rapporteur, deadlines for objections, reasoned motions for resolutions to object or give early approval, the majority under Article 290 TFEU, and the role of the Conference of Committee Chairs.
