Summary
The dossier concerns promoting good governance in tax matters. The amendments target tax fraud, tax evasion and avoidance, tax havens and offshore centres, harmful tax competition and the Code of Conduct for Business Taxation, the automatic exchange of information and amendments to Directive 2003/48/EC including the derogation for Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg, multinational companies' tax-planning, and the role of the OECD, G-20 and UN.
