Summary
This recast dossier concerns common procedures for granting and withdrawing international protection. The amendments address registration of applicants, access to the examination procedure at borders and in detention, personal interviews including their transcript and recording, training of determining-authority personnel, representatives for unaccompanied minors, legal assistance, safe third country review, special guarantees for vulnerable applicants, gender-sensitive procedures and the principle of non-refoulement.
