Specific measures for agriculture in the outermost regions of the Union (amendment of Regulation (EC) No 247/2006)

Draft amendment to Regulation (EC) No 247/2006 on specific measures for agriculture in the outermost regions of the Union. The amendments concern the gradual elimination of prohibited direct-producer hybrid vine varieties in the Azores and Madeira, the dairy sectors of Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Madeira and Réunion, the forecast supply balance, and the authorisation of UHT milk reconstituted from milk powder within the limits of local consumption.
