Summary
A consultation procedure to temporarily suspend autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on imports of certain industrial products into Madeira and the Azores. The amendments provide for a full suspension of those duties on listed finished goods, raw materials, parts and components used for agricultural, commercial or industrial purposes, with the aim of giving investors a long-term perspective and stabilising the regions' economic and social environment.
