Amendments address the Millennium Development Goals and development aid commitments, soaring food prices, sub-Saharan Africa, UN peacekeeping operations, the UN system of terrorist blacklists found to infringe fundamental rights, intercultural and interreligious dialogue, the Rome Statute review, a universal moratorium on the death penalty, and coordination among EU institutions and Member States' representations.
