Summary
Report on challenges to collective agreements in the EU. Amendments concern the right to take collective action and conclude collective agreements as a fundamental right of Community law, its relationship with the freedom to provide services and freedom of movement, judgments of the Court of Justice including the Laval and Rüffert cases, and calls to review the Posting of Workers Directive.
