2009 budget: Parliament's estimates

This dossier concerns the 2009 budget and Parliament's estimates. The amendments address the budget level relative to heading 5 of the multi-annual financial framework, human resources and new posts including those related to the Lisbon Treaty, an analytical establishment plan and redeployment, strengthening of political groups, reclaiming IT expertise and reducing reliance on external consultants, buildings policy, a statute for Assistants, and a Knowledge Management System.
