Summary

This dossier concerns the strengthening of Eurojust, based on an initiative of several Member States. The amendments call for a Green Paper on a European Public Prosecutor and a body of European criminal lawyers, address procedural rights and legal assistance, protection of personal data in police and judicial cooperation, the Member State best placed to prosecute, controlled deliveries, and large-scale drug trafficking.
