Minimum stocks of crude oil and/or petroleum products

This consultation dossier concerns minimum stocks of crude oil and petroleum products. The amendments address Member States' obligations to maintain emergency and specific or dedicated oil stocks, registers updated monthly, statistical summaries submitted to the Commission, central stockholding entities, the role of the IEA, the definition of a major supply disruption, confidentiality and protection of personal data, and security of energy supply; one amendment rejects the proposal.
