Food distribution to the most deprived persons in the Community (amendment of the Single CMO Regulation)

This dossier amends the Single CMO Regulation on food distribution to the most deprived persons in the Community. Amendments concern supplying food from intervention stocks and, increasingly, market purchases, with preference for locally produced fresh products; Member State co-financing rates and ceilings; eligible transport, storage and administrative costs; three-year plans and Community financial allocations; and higher co-financing for Member States eligible for the Cohesion Fund.
