Civil aviation: safety aspects of aerodromes, air traffic management and air navigation services

Legislative dossier on safety aspects of aerodromes, air traffic management and air navigation services in civil aviation. Amendments give the Agency a more active role in investigating air accidents and access to passenger lists, define aerodromes open to public use and the National Supervisory Authority, set certification requirements for each aerodrome including ICAO Annex 14 derogations, and propose Commission measures for air-traffic-flow and speed management and cooperation with meteorological services.
