Summary
This dossier concerns the Culture Programme 2007-2013 and Commission implementing powers. Amendments replace the advisory committee procedure with an obligation on the Commission to inform the European Parliament and the Member States without delay of selection decisions, and require the Commission to inform Parliament of the practical effects of its own-initiative reports on subjects covered by the programme.
