Summary

This own-initiative report concerns the future of social security systems and pensions, their financing and the trend towards individualisation. The amendments address equality between men and women in reform, fragmented careers and pay gaps affecting women, individualisation of social security rights, recognition of maternity and parental leave and care periods, pension splitting on divorce, survivors' pensions, and spouses helping self-employed workers.
