Summary
General review of Parliament's Rules of Procedure. Amendments revise rules on the election of the President and Bureau, intergroups, examination of subsidiarity and proportionality and reasoned opinions from national parliaments, own-initiative reports and short presentations, transparency of Members' financial interests, joint committee procedures, interinstitutional negotiations, and provisions linked to the Lisbon Treaty.
