Summary
The dossier establishes the Erasmus Mundus 2009-2013 action programme for quality in higher education and intercultural understanding through cooperation with third countries. Amendments revise the programme's aims, scholarships, joint tuition and consortia fees, mobility between the Community and third countries on grounds of academic excellence, language skills, joint and double degrees, support for disadvantaged groups and people with disabilities, measures against brain drain, and the European Neighbourhood Policy.
